WITHDRAWAL / DISMISSAL

WITHDRAWAL:

• In case of seeking withdrawal, a written notice by the parents, submitted at least 90 days (3 months) in advance must be given in the office otherwise fee shall be charged for the quarter.
• Transfer certificate will be issued only after obtaining a no dues certificate from different In-charges in school and depositing a fee of Rs. 200/-.
• The Transfer Certificate is issued after 10 days from the date of receipt of the Application.
• The Caution Money not claimed upto three (3) years from the date of notice of withdrawal, will be forfeited.

SUSPENSION / DISMISSAL:

A student may be detained / suspended / barred from examinations or tests / dismissed from the school at the discretion of the Principal/ Headmistress under the following grounds.

• Disciplinary
• Unsatisfactory progress in work
• Detention or repeated detention in a class.
• A child failing twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the
• Any other ground that the Principal/Headmistress deems necessary/ appropriate in the interest of the school and its students.
